  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

  • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

• Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 20 business days.

Shipping Costs:
